Wonderful City Stay
attentive staff wide variety local attraction
I found the staff attentive. They assisted with directions and restaurant recommendations. The daily breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries and fruit. I liked the proximity to many local attractions. It was a treat!
The elevator was occasionally slow during peak hours, so I sometimes used the stairs.

The staff provided prompt and helpful assistance throughout my stay, answering questions and providing recommendations. They were readily available at the front desk and offered assistance with luggage storage after checkout. The team always had smiles!

Breakfast included a selection of pastries, cereals, fruits, and hot items such as scrambled eggs. Coffee and juice were readily available in the dining area, and the staff maintained a clean environment. I ate well everyday.

My room featured a comfortable queen-size bed, a work desk, and a television with satellite channels. The bathroom included a shower, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Daily housekeeping kept the room clean!

firm mattress constant noise
The mattress firmness caused discomfort, i slept poorly. our first-floor location exposed us to noise from the reception area until late. There was no proper separation between the bedroom and the public space. this constant noise made it difficult to relax and get a proper night's rest. this design flaw significantly impacted my stay.

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of the City!
complimentary prosecco water dispenser food selection
I found the complimentary Prosecco in the lobby a REALLY nice touch. The chilled water dispenser on the second floor was very convenient. Breakfast was fabulous. The selection of food at the adjacent cafe was lovely!!!
The room decor was not quite to my taste.

The hotel is situated just off the main piazza, placing it in an excellent spot. Osterias and shops are nearby, easily accessible on foot. Its central position allows convenient exploration of key city attractions.

The staff was very helpful when i needed directions. Breakfast featured fresh pastries and excellent coffee. The room included daily cleaning and fresh towels, very nice.

mobility scooter comfortable experience cute atmosphere wonderful service
the team was super helpful when i needed assistance with a mobility scooter. This. the service was excellent and the flexibility shown was wonderful. their kindness really shone through.
The shower could use a bit of updating. It felt a little dated compared to the rest of the room.

excellent location large selection helpful staff cheap attempt worn furniture mismatched lamps
the location is excellent. i could easily walk to many attractions . the breakfast offered a large selection, so i was really surprised.. it catered to many tastes. the staff were also friendly and helpful.
the room was a bit of a disappointment, especially for the price i paid. the decor seemed like a cheap attempt to remodel an old space. the furniture felt worn, and the lamps was mismatched..

quiet air conditioning food option front desk staff
The hotel is a short walk to the main square. The room had quiet air conditioning, a feature I found valuable. Breakfast included many food options until 11 AM (which was convenient for a late riser like me).
The shower lacked a mat, which I found slightly inconvenient.
