The mattress firmness caused discomfort, i slept poorly. our first-floor location exposed us to noise from the reception area until late. There was no proper separation between the bedroom and the public space. this constant noise made it difficult to relax and get a proper night's rest. this design flaw significantly impacted my stay.

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of the City!

I found the complimentary Prosecco in the lobby a REALLY nice touch. The chilled water dispenser on the second floor was very convenient. Breakfast was fabulous. The selection of food at the adjacent cafe was lovely!!!
The room decor was not quite to my taste.

the room was a bit of a disappointment, especially for the price i paid. the decor seemed like a cheap attempt to remodel an old space. the furniture felt worn, and the lamps was mismatched..
